Due to new COVID-19 capacity restrictions, tickets for Christmas Village must be purchased in advance on our website. We will not allow walk-ins. Tickets for Christmas Village go on sale the Tuesday prior to the weekend. We do not offer refunds or rescheduling of tickets for any reason, no exceptions. All tickets are valid to be used this year only! Check the weather reports for Leesburg, VA before purchasing your tickets if you do not want to visit when it is rainy or cold as Christmas Village is an outdoor event. If we choose to close Christmas Village due to inclement weather we will select a reschedule date for ticket holders. We are also requiring all guests age 2 and up to wear a mask at all times while visiting the park.
- No one with a fever or symptoms of Covid-19, or known exposure to a Covid-19 case in the last 14 days, is permitted in the park.
- To comply with state and local laws as well as recent CDC guidelines, masks are required for all team members and visitors ages 2 and up.
- Social distancing of 6 feet between guests is required.
- We will not be doing wagon rides.
- The indoor play structure and discovery room will be closed.
- Feeding at the contact area will be over the fence only – no one can enter the contact area.
- Pony rides and camel rides will be available. Guests will be required to hand sanitize before their ride, saddles will be disinfected before each session. Parents will be required to load their child onto the pony or camel with no help from staff.
- Guests will enter through the outdoor admissions area and exit through the main building (or the parking lot gate next to the building if it’s busy).
- The building and barn will have capacity limitations that we will be monitoring and enforcing
- Birthday parties can now be booked! Parties must be limited to 25 people or less. All party guests must follow the parks COVID-19 protocols. Their hostess will social distance, they will have to follow the new pony ride protocols, and they will not be able to touch the animal during the animal encounter.
