Camps

Do you have an animal lover at home? Join our Jr. Zookeeper Summer Camp, where kids get up-close encounters with cool animals, learn about habitats, conservation and much more. We’ll incorporate educational lessons from the Keepers, fun arts & crafts and lots of time to play on the park grounds.

  • Aug 12-16: Get Wild with Reptiles

Camp Details:

• Camp runs from 9am-4pm Monday-Friday and costs $595 per week.  There is a 10% sibling discount offered on a 2nd child registered in the same week.
• Campers must be ages 5-11. All children must have reached their 5th birthday by the day of camp.
• To make this a special experience, we only accept 20 children per week. We require a minimum of 4 campers to run the camp. If the minimum is not met by 2 weeks prior to camp, a cancellation email will be sent out.
• Please pack a peanut-free snack and full lunch each day. There are also snacks and refreshments available for purchase in the gift shop.
• Please note, per Virginia law, children under 18 are not allowed to work with animals.  While we have plenty of unique experiences during this camp, your child will not be directly caring for animals.
