Rainforest Rumble!
July 1 – 5, 2024
Take a trip with us to the most diverse place on planet Earth, the Rainforest! Campers will learn about some of our most unique animals, from mammals and birds to arachnids, as well as the complex layers of the rainforest ecosystem. Throughout the week, campers will prepare and provide diets to select ambassador animals, create enrichment for primates, conduct experiments pertaining to animal adaptations, get up close encounters with ambassador animals, and have fun experiences through playful educational content (games, crafts & more)!
- Campers must be ages 5-11. All children must have reached their 5th birthday by the day of camp.
- Please pack a peanut-free snack and lunch each day. There are snacks and refreshments available for purchase in the gift shop.
- To register, complete the registration form and submit payment at the link below.
- Camp size is limited to 20 children, we reserve the right to cancel camp if minimum enrollment is not met.
- Please note, per Virginia law, children under 18 are not allowed to work with animals. While we have plenty of unique experiences during this camp, your child will not be directly caring for animals.
